How to Use This Portal
Submit your Monthly Update by the 1st of every month.
A Construction Draw Request submitted within 7 days of the 1st counts as your monthly update.
Schedule an inspection with one of our approved inspectors before submitting a draw request.
Include the scheduled inspection date in your draw request form.
Upload your wire instructions with each draw request to avoid funding delays.
Draw Request Guidelines
Rehab budgets of $30,000+ → Up to 3 draws, each must be at least 1/3 of your total rehab budget.
Rehab budgets $15,001–$29,999 → Up to 2 draws, each must be at least 1/2 of your rehab budget.
Rehab budgets of $15,000 or less → 1 draw only, for the full amount.
